Making company sustainability visible with impact analysis (+ preparation for state label of Verified Social Enterprise)

What is the positive contribution that your company/organization makes to society or the environment? In this workshop you will learn more about how the positive effect (outcome/impact) of operational activities for the most important target groups and stakeholders can be analyzed and clearly presented. Impact stairs and impact chains are helpful instruments for thinking about the desired impact, systematically developing the effectiveness and making it visible to cooperation partners, customers and financiers.

This workshop serves as preparation for registration as a state-label Impact Enterprise ( Verified Social Enterprise ). Note: There will be a follow-up workshop on April 10, 2024 (2:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.), which will focus on the topic of indicator development for impact reporting.
