How do I build a strong founding team? No income yet and having to do a wide variety of tasks – this is a challenge that founders often experience in the early stages. The involvement of co-founders or employees offers an opportunity to build a team with a longer-term perspective. Attorney Andreas Zissler will inform us about the legal framework conditions that must be observed.
