New crowdfunding learning opportunities coming

Today we launch our new LearningTogether Erasmus+ project together with the project coordinator, Brodoto from Croatia.

Brodoto is a social impact agency specialized in business development, campaigns and education. They are committed to supporting companies and individuals in developing their business ideas to be both competitive and socially responsible. The team has expertise in providing training opportunities to entrepreneurs in planning, preparing and conducting a crowdfunding campaigns in addition to preparing crowdfunding strategies and setting up continuous initiatives.

Social Business Hub Styria will provide expertise in the project in supporting social entrepreneurs by providing dedicated workshop series on different topics, but especially on how impact can be assessed. As from this year, crowdfunding workshop will be also available in the SBHS impact incubation programme.

How social businesses generate social impact

There are different ways in which a social business can combine impact with an economic business model. In an integrated approach impact is directly generated through commercial activities. Target groups are part of the model either as employees of the company, as users of services or as customers.
