The project intend to reshape the landscape of social innovation. This collaborative endeavor, undertaken in partnership with leading social innovation and entrepreneurship support organizations in their country, aims to transnationally experiment the methodology for fostering regional social business initiatives.

The GRESODI project, being implemented in Austria, Hungary, and Spain, seeks to boost existing social entrepreneurship and innovation activities with green and digital elements. This strategic approach is designed not only to amplify the impact of these initiatives but also to create a blueprint that can be seamlessly transferred to diverse local communities across regions and countries. At the heart of the project is a dedication to social entrepreneurship, a powerful concept for identifying and addressing local or regional challenges. By empowering social entrepreneurs to tackle issues within their own communities, the GRESODI project aims to unlock innovative solutions and drive positive change.
On the 1st day, the kick-off meeting provided opportunity for insightful discussions, featuring a welcome address from Szabolcs Hollósi (HÁRFA Foundation, Hungary) and a presentation by László Jakubinyi highlighting a Hungarian social innovation success story of the Szimbiózis Foundation in Miskolc.

On the 2nd day, project partners were engaged in a discussion on the experimentation development led by Ex Ante (Hungary), followed by a group work on awareness activities. The fruitful conversations continued with the focus shifted to incubation programme planning, led by Social Business Hub Styria. After an engaging session, a site visit unfolded the experiences of Baráthegyi Majorság, that provided a team-building activity for project partners to foster collaboration. The 3rd day began with another energizing exercise on impact led by FACTO (Spain). At the end, he project and financial management aspects were discussed that included the presentation of Mihai Palimariciuc (European Commission). With a successful meeting behind the project partners, participants are armed with valuable insights and strengthened collaborations for the journey ahead.
