Workshop: Finding co-founders and recruiting first employees (hybrid)

How can I expand my team and how can I build a functioning organizational structure? Opportunities and risks when involving co-founders? Where can I find employees? What is the benefit of temporary workers (interns) and where can you find them?

We will address all of these questions in the workshop and back them up with practical experience.
